SSLiMaker was created, because a very annoying time intense work - the generation of spare part list of drawings and plans. Before SSLiMaker was in use, it was necessary to do the checking of all plans and BOMs manually. This Tool can make it all by itself.

The base for this is a database which has the markings to the parts for which part is spare part (nearly every ERP has this in standard configuration) 

The tool does:

- Check MS EXCEL if open file matches a BOM for use

   (and set itself to electrical or mechanical BOM type)

- Set the values for quantity from the database or BOM level

- Add marker for spare parts according Database-file

   (In case of customer his export from his ERP system)

- Add sorting option / marker (in case of customer his CalculationID)

- Add prices according Database-file

   (In case of customer his export from his ERP system)

- Delete not spare part marked rows

- Sum duplicate items to one row and correct quantity

- Remove columns and sort list to customer wished export file

The SSlimaker uses 2 kind of Files which generates:

Import ELCAD -> Export XLS = SLiEE (ServiceList Electrical Engineering)

Import PRO.FILE -> Export XLS = SLiME (ServiceList Mechanical Engineering)

- DB-Files: CSV (seams to be the easiest export-format for the systems)

- CSV-Files exported from ERP Systems. At the moment very simple lists with only 2 columns, extra exported every night from the database. In this case of need, it can be adjusted to your ERP system or i write a config-file
